Salvation: preservation or deliverance from harm, ruin, or loss.

Salvation can be told in four words:

SIN

CALVARY

FAITH

LIFE

Here are four simple and biblical truths about Salvation.

  1. Salvation is NEEDED: ALL have sinned (Romans 3:23 -For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God (KJV))

  2. Salvation is PROVIDED: He himself bore our sins… ( 1 Peter 2:24 -Who his own self bare our sins in his body upon the tree that when having died unto sins might live unto righteousness by whose stripes we are healed. ( ASV))

  3. Salvation is OFFERED: For by grace you are saved ( Ephesians 2:8-For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, IT IS the gift of God, Not by works, so that no-one can boast ( NIV) )

  4. Salvation is ACCEPTED: He who has the Son has LIFE ( 1 John 5:12- Whoever has the Son has life, whoever does not have the Son of God does NOT have life. (NIV) & Romans 10:9,10- If you declare with your mouth “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (NIV)

Found below is a simple prayer of repentance and acceptance of Jesus Christ. Please as you say this prayer aloud I want you to know that God is wiping your slate clean. It really is that simple! God loves you!

God, I know that I am a sinner.

I know that I deserve the consequences of my sins.

However, I am trusting in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.

I believe that His Death and Resurrection provided for my forgiveness.

I trust in Jesus Christ and Jesus alone as my personal Lord and Savior.

I surrender my will, for Yours. Lord guide me and fill my life with the peace, love, and joy that is only provided through you.
